“Rifd Icon Engineering Consulting Company” (“RIECCO”) has signed a PMC Contract to manage the project of the “National Lead Smelting Company Ltd.” (“RASASS”) – a subsidiary of the “National Industrialization Company” (“TASNEE”) – which is considered one of the largest lead smelters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The contract value is SAR 7.3 million (USD 2 million) and the contract period is 24 months. The scope of work of RIECCO includes performing basic engineering design works, selecting a detailed engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor, and managing the Rassas project until the completion of plant commissioning.
The contract was signed by the TASNEE Chief Procurement Officer and the RIECCO Managing Director. The signing ceremony took place at the TASNEE headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
On this occasion, the Managing Director of RIECCO said: “We are pleased to sign this contract and are keen, as a company specialized in the field of project management as well as engineering services, to provide the best practices and the company’s long experience in these fields to execute the project as planned and to achieve the objectives of the project successfully”
