Saudi Arabia and some private sectors have hugely invested in petrochemicals but mainly in prime, basic, and upstream petrochemicals where as of today the total petrochemicals productions in KSA reached 150 million metric tones per annum …. Rifd Industry Group via its Rifd Polymers Company is taking this golden opportunity to invest in downstream performance polymers and engineering thermoplastics industries utilizing the opportunity of the full integration of petrochemicals industries in Jubail Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our Projects
Polymers Compounding
A B2B project for compounding engineering polymers based on customers needs and applications is under execution stage… the supply agreement obtained from top polymers producer in KSA …. project construction has been commenced at site area of 15,000 m2 in Jubail Industrial city, KSA …. main equipment and technology identify from Europe … off-take agreements signed …. the project is fully supported by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) via their ‘Nusaned’ program. Equity fund has been secured with a reputed investor and debt fund has been commenced with SIDF, where they will provide a soft loan of up to 50% of the total project capital cost.
Auto Parts
A project to produce some automotive parts produced from engineering thermoplastics is in the development stage. There will be three main automotive manufacturers in Saudi Arabia, namely, LUCID, CEER, and SNAM. The project envisages supplying such major automotive manufacturers with the required auto parts that can be produced using the injection molding process. The factory will be located in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
Polycarbonate Sheets
A project to produce PC Sheets is under development. The PC Sheets are mainly used in building and construction applications. The factory will be located in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
